What to Expect

If you’ve not worked with Sarah before, your journey shall begin with a 30-minute discovery call — a chance to connect, build trust, and feel fully at ease before you step into this sacred work.

You’ll then be guided through a beautiful ceremonial consultation, where you’ll complete your personalised preparation questions.

From here, Sarah will craft a bespoke, intuitively channelled script designed specifically for your unique soul journey.

You’ll be gently guided in a 2 hour zoom session, into a deep, peaceful somnambulistic state—a natural brainwave state you pass through just before falling asleep or waking. In this relaxed state, your conscious mind softens, allowing access to the vast wisdom of your subconscious and soul.

Past Life Regression

While in this gentle state, your subconscious will choose a past life, or several, that hold relevance to your current life. You’ll be supported in observing this life, gathering insight, and gently releasing any residual energy or emotional imprints that no longer serve you.

Subconscious Alchemy

The subconscious mind (also referred to as your Higher Self or Inner Wisdom) holds infinite knowledge about your current life, your soul’s journey, and your deepest truths.

In preparation for your session, you’ll be asked to reflect on up to 10 personal questions you’d like your subconscious to answer—on topics such as health, relationships, work, purpose, emotional blocks, or spiritual growth. You are not seeking outside answers—only creating the stillness to hear your own deep inner knowing.

Once your past life journey is complete, whilst in this beautiful relaxed somnambulistic state, where we have access to the vast wisdom of your subconscious and soul, we invite this part of you forward to gain insight, guidance, and healing. Aftercare

You shall receive an aftercare guide which shall be emailed to you with your audio recording of your session. As part of your aftercare, Sarah will personally check in with you to see how you’ve been integrating after your deep soul alchemy, ensuring you feel heard, valued and supported on your continued journey.
